Cloe's Homemade Chili Seasoning
If you like chili, this is kind of hot.
I love hot spices, but not too hot. LoL
3/4 cup chili powder
1 tablespoon ground cayenne pepper
1/4 cup salt
1 tablespoon garlic salt
1/4 cup ground cumin
2 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon ground black pepper
Mixed altogether. Use 2 tablespoons of this homemade chili seasoning to make your chili for 1 lb ground beef.
You can add for your taste if you like it hotter.
Store in a air tight container in a cool dark place.
This make about a dozen pots of chili.
I also use it to make taco meat. Sometimes I rub it on steaks. You pretty much can spice up anything you like.
Not everybody like hot spices. I was playing around with spices and I was surprised how it turn out.
